Team Rosters:

Team Rosters must be submitted electronically in a Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format. They are due on or before April 19th and can be submitted by attaching your electronic file and e-mailing it to Alan Herron at aherron@auroragov.org

Your Team Rosters need to have the following information:

Team Name

Gymnasts Last Name,          First Name,          Date of Birth (M, D, Yr),          Level

Waivers:

The participation waiver form musty be completed and turned in at the Mandatory Meeting April 19th.  The league must recieve the original hardcopy that the parents sign. The Waiver form can be found on the website it is the last page of the CARA Gymnastics Rulebook.
