Meet Preference/ Request Sheet for 2007 C.A.R.A. Season

1. Meet requests will be assigned FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE (NO EXCEPTIONS) by date received in office.
2. Effective 2007 Season- Absolutely No changes to schedule will be allowed; shortage of sites, space and other conflicts contribute to this rule.   Changing the League Meet Schedule at the Mandatory Meeting creates added hardships for meet hosts, meets that reach an unsafe size and are unpopular due to the extended length of the meet. 
3. Choose a MINIMUM of SIX meets over four different dates.  If you make less than six meet selections there is a good chance that your requests will not be able to be met.  In that case you will be randomly placed in a meet with space for your team and you will not be granted a change later.
4. Rank the meets that you want to attend with 1 being your first choice.  In your rankings—Please specify which is most important to you the date or the location.  (ie: if South Suburban is full on June 2^nd , but  Aurora has room, do we move you to Aurora or move to your second choice?)
5. Although we will do our best to grant Regional requests, some teams might be asked to change weekends to assist us in balancing the two Regionals.  We try to give each Regional adequate populations in each competitive field and make the meets similar in number.  Members of your team will only be eligible to attend their assigned Regional.

Meet request forms were sent to all registered League Members via e-mail and on the web on the same date.  You must have your meet request properly filled out and sent to Alan Herron by March 6, 2007.  You can submit your requests by either e-mail or fax!  If you have any questions please call.
