• Still stuck on a couple dates.  Kristen will email once she has heard back from a couple teams. 

 Boys team?

• Kristen needs to know how many boys each team has
• Alpine? Durango? Gym Starz? Carbon Valley? Hyland Hills?

 Clinic on January 21^st

• Rick, Karla, Stacy, Val and Kristen will have things prepared.

 Safety certification packet, Test & answers, and general CARAinfo   

• All coaches need to be safety certified ANDconcussion certified before the mandatory meeting.  I have attached the safety awareness course, and the test.  Your gym head coach/ gym owner must email me for the answer key. 

 Reminder if important Dates

• Age level breakdowns – March 20, 2012
• Meet selections – March 20, 2012
• Mandatory meeting – April 7, 2012
• Team roster due – April 7, 2012
• Fees due – April 7, 2012

 USAG/CARAlevel wording

• USAG levels are changing in 2013, essentially every level is moving down.  CARAwants to be on the same “wording” with USAG.  This will help if kids transfer from a club to a CARAgym.  We want the levels to be uniformed so the kids won’t feel as if they are moving up or down between gyms.  So our compulsory levels would simply change to Compulsory 3 and 4.  We will discuss more at the mandatory meeting

Routine Committee

• 1^st meeting is February 24,2012
• The Plan is every 4^th Friday of the month at 1pm
• The 1^st meeting will be at PaulDerdaRecreationCenter.  Then, the committee can decide what schedule and location place they would like to set.

• The committee is still discussing breakout session topics.  Let us know if you have anything you would like to be covered.
