• We have a new team in CARA – Cherry Creek Elite.  Kyle Steierl was in attendance to represent the team.
• World Gym is applying for reinstatement to the league under new ownership
• CARA rebills have gone out, please be prompt in returning those to Pat Sharp.
• We discussed the meet schedules for the season.  Meet season will begin on May 1^st.  States will be July 30^th and 31^st.
• We discussed having a round table meeting to finalize meet schedules after meet requests are due.  To make the process simpler we discussed mandating that teams choose a foam floor meet and possibly a May meet in their top 6 choices.
• Please contact Misty if you would like to host a meet this season.
• Susie Ford in the judges rep for the CARA league this season.
• Regional/State T shirt sales went well and sales were as projected.

IMPORTANT DATES

Thursday March 4^th – Meet requests open on the website at 8 am.

Saturday March 13^th – Roundtable Meeting to finalize meet schedules.

Next Meeting Monday November 9^th Commerce City

Tuesday March 2nd - Age/Level Breakdowns are due

Wednesday March 3rd -  Rosters are due
